If your location is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
• Dubai: Same day or next day delivery
• Other Emirates: 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from Quiqup via SMS or email. You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

Delays

While we work closely with Quiqup to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
